Throughout this page section, you will find all the information regarding the fees and retainers due to our Firm.
Fees and retainer
The HANS SAK Law Firm wants to bear in mind to its client that it does not sell merchandises so that fixed prices are proposed. Therefore the fees and retainers are determined by the undertaken file itself and in accordance to its own level of difficulties, such as :
- An hourly charge fee calculated according to the time-keeping of the undertaken file (for more information, do not hesitate to contact H.P.S Law Firm to further discuss rates)
- A scheduled fee for the whole undertaken file
- A permanent tied-up convention of assistance based on the determined work to be done including an evaluation of the difficulties submitted by the legal case
Our consultation is either verbal or written on your demand at the headquarters of the Law Office, and again, is determined by the level of the difficulties of the file. If the client agrees with the fees, the consultation is to be duly paid. If the client does not agree to open a file at our Law Firm, the consultation already given is still to be duly paid.
When a file is started, preliminary to its study, a retainer is only required to the client by the Firm (half or third of the total amount due). The amount of the retainer varies according to the difficulties to be settled determined by the Law Firm (please do not hesitate to contact us to discuss our rates).
No legal consultation is done hooked on the phone.

We underline to our dear clients that our Law Firm is constrained by the 19,6 % V.T.A and that all legal and convenient means of payments are accepted by the H.P.S Law Firm.
